Shipping and Delivery Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Project Challenge North Carolina Inc. in Spruce Pine, NC, USA. Project Challenge currently uses the US Postal Service but may without prior notification switch to any various courier companies and customs agencies (for US) deliveries. Project Challenge is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Back Order items Please feel free to order products indicated as "Back Ordered", but keep in mind that we will not deliver within typical shipping time-frames, nor can we set expectations of delivery time-frames, at time of order Out of Stock items Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically cancelled. Payment Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard. All products selected in the online store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order. Return Policy There is no refund or return of products purchased via the online store. All sales are final. • Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, The Project Challenge Store ships merchandise only via the US Postal Service to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does The Project Challenge Store ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Christmas trees cannot be shipped.

• The Project Challenge Store charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
